General Description
Papaverine Hydrochloride is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor and smooth muscle relaxant. It is an opium alkaloid antispasmodic drug, used primarily in the treatment of visceral spasms and vasospasms, and occasionally in the treatment of erectile dysfunction and acute mesenteric ischemia.
