According to the Public Relations report, the annual general meeting of the shareholders of Parand Darou Pharmaceutical Company (ending on March 19, 2024) took place on Tuesday, April 23, with the presence of the following individuals: Engineer Behzad Mohammadi, CEO of Kimia Group (Chairman of the Assembly), Engineer Alipour (Supervisor), Abouzari (Supervisor), Ashna-Dar, Financial Manager (Secretary), Taghvaei, Auditor and Legal Inspector of the company, along with several managers from Parand Darou, in the conference hall of Kimia Group. The company&#8217;s financial statements were reviewed and approved.<\/p>\n<p>At the beginning of the meeting, after the recitation of the Quran and the national anthem, Engineer Hamid Reza Alipour (CEO) presented the performance report of Parand Darou Pharmaceutical Company for the year 2024 as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Product Portfolio Growth Report<\/strong>: From 4 products in 2021 to 44 products by 2025.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sales Trend Report<\/strong>: From 18.2 billion rials in 2021 to 180.3 billion rials in 2024.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Three-Year Export Roadmap Report<\/strong>: Expansion from 3 target countries to 20 countries over a 5-year plan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Improvement in Production Processes and Investment Report<\/strong>: From 30 billion rials in 2024 to 210 billion rials in 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Q&amp;A Session:<\/strong> After Engineer Alipour\u2019s report, questions regarding activities, product development, and progress were addressed, with sufficient and necessary answers provided.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comments and Commendations:<\/strong> Subsequently, Engineer Behzad Mohammadi, CEO of Kimia Group, expressed gratitude for the report and commended the Parand Darou team for their continuous efforts and successful performance, hoping that these efforts will continue and lead to even better results.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reading of the Auditor\u2019s Report:<\/strong> Following this, Mr. Taghvaei (Auditor and Legal Inspector of the company) read the audit report and declared the status of the report as satisfactory.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resolutions:<\/strong> After the auditor&#8217;s report was read, the following resolutions were approved:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approval of the profit and loss statements and financial status as of March 19, 2024.<\/li>\n<li>Appointment of the auditor and legal inspector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Conclusion of the Assembly:<\/strong> The meeting concluded after two hours
